Please be considerate:
- Mowing and trimming lawns before 8:00 AM should be refrained from. The majority would prefer 9:00 AM.
- Automobiles with non-factory exhaust systems or motorcycle should refrain from expressing their output prior to 8:00 AM and after 10:00 PM.
- Storing trash cans and recycling bins in plain sight of the street or adjacent lots is prohibitied.
- Unless in your garage, parking boats/trailers for longer than 72 hours is prohibited.
- Overnight parking on the street is against prohibited.
Going on vacation?
- Let "Golf Kart Team" know. They will make sure to remove newspapers that advertise no one is home and be sure to give them your cell number so they can call you in case of an emergency.
- If you have a second vehicle, consider leaving it in the driveway (rather than the garage) locked and garage door controller not left visible because it makes would-be burglars believe someone is home.
