Committees

Compliance Committee:

The Compliance Committee is in place to hear members that request a hearing when fined by the Board for non-compliance issues.

If an association member is found to be in non-compliance, a letter will be sent with a 14-day notice, after the 14 days has passed, if the issue has not been resolved, the board can implement a fine of $100.00 per day until the member is in compliance.

There does not have to be a reset after the initial warning. If the member would like a hearing, they may request one with this committee. 720.305 (2)

Architecture Review Committee:

No work can be commenced without written approval from the ARC Committee.

It is the responsibility of the homeowner to be aware of the declarations, covenants and by-laws.

To submit an application, please download the form Architectural Review Application form (link below), complete and email a copy to the HOA.

Please allow 7-10 days for approval process!
